Toro Ag manufactures worldwide quality micro-irrigation products for over 27 years.

The company was originally founded in 1974 as Reed Irrigation producing such household names as the Loc-Eze fitting line, Drip Eze emitters, E-2 Emitter and Bi-wall tubing.

The E-2 emitter is still in production today. In 1981 production began on the Micro-Sprinkler line and Dura-Pol polyethylene tubing. In 1984, James Hardie Limited (Sydney, Australia) purchased Reed Irrigation and consolidated it along with Hydra-Rain and Safe-T-Lawn, calling it RIS Irrigation.

In 1986, the name was officially changed to James Hardie Irrigation. During this time, products such as the Turbo-Key, Turbo SC Plus and Hardie Tape were put on the map. Blue-Stripe™ Hose became the standard in quality for polyethylene tubing and almost 20 years later is still considered the premium hose product above all others in the industry.

In 1997, The TORO Company purchased James Hardie Irrigation followed with Drip In Irrigation in 1998. Today the company is TORO Agricultural Irrigation, a leading manufacturer in this market. TORO is well known all over the world for providing high quality reliable products for the Residential/Commercial and golf irrigation market. The same quality standard and spirit is alive in TORO Ag.

TORO Ag is present with manufacturing sites and offices located in Europe, Australia and the two coasts of the United States. We are close to where you are. Call us, mail us, surf us again in our web site.
